He co-founded Musement (now TUI Musement), which was successfully acquired by TUI Group in 2018, where he served for more than 10 years as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Supply Officer, and where he’s still involved as Strategic Advisor. He’s also Adjunct Professor in Digital Innovation at the University of Pavia and Academic Fellow at Bocconi University. His career included significant roles with Pay-TV operators (Sky Italia), Telcos (Fastweb, TIM, TS), TV networks (DeA Digital), and tech manufacturers (Philips, Panasonic).

He is responsible for overseeing Trip's global B2B distribution operations and works closely with strategic partners, including leading OTAs, travel agencies, super apps, and Google TTD, to utilize Trip.com’s extensive offering of over 200,000 bookable tickets and activities. Prior to joining Trip.com, Ken spent ten years at Merlin Entertainments and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

At TripAdmit, he leads the charge in travel technology, developing innovative and AI led in-tour engagement solutions for activity providers and guides. The company's offerings include AI Assisted Review Collection, Digital Tipping, Tour Upselling, and solutions for increasing Social Media Followers.
Linda Denbrock is the COO of AAMP Agency, bringing over 20 years of experience in advertising and tourism. Her career began in advertising, managing major tourism accounts across aviation, hotels, and cruise lines. Linda's expertise extends to new business development and tour creation and operations management for an international food tour operator. She also served as an Enterprise Team Manager for a leading tourism booking platform, gaining invaluable insights into the consumer journey. In 2017, he founded AAMP Agency, driven by a passion for understanding what motivates customers in the tourism industry. Commercial Director at Golden Tours and have been with the company for 30 years. My role is to identify opportunities to expand the business through new partnerships and markets and support company goals, maintaining key relationships with resellers and suppliers and making sure financial targets are attained.
